
How much time do you need to setup the photobooth and equipment?
We like to arrive to each event least 90 minutes before the event is scheduled to start which allows us ample time to setup our equipment.
What is required to book Flashy Photobooth NJ for my next event?
A non-refundable 50% retainer is due upon signing of contract in order to secure your date. The remaining amount is due two weeks before the event date.
What is needed to run the photobooth? How much space do you need to set up the photobooth and backdrops?
Client shall arrange for an appropriate space for the photobooth at Client’s venue. Space must be level, solid, and at least 6’ by 9’. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access. Photobooth may be placed in an exterior location, provided it is protected from weather. Client is responsible for providing power to the photobooth (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet).
What if there is a change or cancelation of date?
Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photobooth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract.
